  • 100-grams golden syrup

Methods:

  1. Prepare baking parchment to tin the bake, grease and line a 20cm square cake.

Instruction:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C, line a 12-hole muffin tin with 12 large muffin cases.
  2. Prepare a jug to mix the eggs, yogurt, oil, apple sauce, banana, honey, and vanilla.
  3. Tip the remaining ingredients, except the seeds, into a large bowl, do not forget to add a pinch of salt and mix to combine.
